Shipping, Returns and Exchanges Policy


The Wall Clock Shop offers FREE shipping within Australia. Shipping is fully insured and we provide package tracking. No matter how big and how many items you purchase from us, you will not be charged for shipping.

Generally, orders placed with us will be shipped in 2 business days (Oliver Hemming wall clocks are custom-made and will be shipped within in 10-20 days). Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to 7-10 days to ship. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and let you know when your item/s will ship. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as the order is shipped.

We are happy to ship internationally, however an additional shipping fee will be charged. Contact us for costing and other details. 


Your satisfaction is one of our top priorities, but if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we could arrange returns/exchanges for you:


We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our wall clocks. But in the rare case that your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of. Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, feel free to contact us together with the invoice number and the photo/video as proof of defect.

If your product was damaged during shipping, be sure to keep all the original packaging until you've determined whether or not a shipping insurance claim needs to be submitted. If any of the original packaging is thrown away, we cannot file a shipping insurance claim. Discarding shipping materials or box contents waives your right to get your product replaced or repaired. If your product is not working correctly due to the damages that occurred during shipping and you have kept the original shipping materials, please contact us so that we may submit a shipping insurance claim. Once we have confirmed that you still have the original shipping materials and that the item was damaged during shipping, and after we have officially filed the shipping insurance claim forms, we will send out a new product at no cost to you.


If your item is not damaged or faulty but you still want to return the item, as promised, you have 30 calendar days from date of purchase to contact us and request for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item should be in brand new condition, and is in it's original packaging. 

To request for a return or an exchange you must send us an email with the following details:

  1. Date of Purchase
  2. Invoice Number
  3. Item Originally Bought
  4. New Item To Replace the Original Purchase/Refund
  5. Address

For exchanges, if there is a difference in price between the original and the newly requested wall clock, we will either refund you the difference (if the new product is of a lesser value) or we will send you a new invoice to pay the difference (if the new product is of a greater value).

We will then send you the return address where you will ship the wall clock back. Please note that we do not cover postage costs for returning your item and we recommend our customers use registered insured post for protection. Once we receive the returned item and checked it, we will immediately send out the replacement item with free shipping.

If you wish for a refund, same process goes as above but instead of shipping you a replacement item, you will get a cash refund for the amount you originally paid LESS our actual cost for shipping.
